If God is in Heaven, then He is dead like Grandma!
Conversation between a seven year old and a four year old:
"Harry, why can't I see God?" she said
"because He is invisible" he answered
"so why can't I feel Him?"
"you can, when you close your eyes and pray, you'll feel Him"
"but I want to see Him, I want to talk to Him, I want Him to bring Daddy home"
"He's in heaven but He can hear you when you pray"
"He's dead right, that's why He's in heaven?"
"no"
"but Mummy said Grandma was in heaven when she died, so she's with God"
"yes, no... I don't know Olaa, but he lives in Heaven"
" He's dead, if God is in Heaven then He is dead like Grandma!"
You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up.
